Bacon Leek and Pear Skillet Pizza

  • 4 oz bacon chopped

  • 1 medium leek sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 T EVOO


  • 1 lb pizza dough

  • 1 medium pear sliced, not peeled

  • 3/4 c Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions:

Heat oven to 450

Cook bacon and drain

Add leek to the pan and sauté till tender, then add garlic…

Brush cast iron skillet with EVOO

Stretch the dough and brush with oil

Top with cheese then toppings

Bake about 12 minutes til done
