Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
Leeks
Celery
Pumpkin
Garlic
Thyme
Chicken stock
Cream
Salt and pepper
Chili powder
Cayenne
Sweet corn
A splash of cream sherry
Evoo and butter
Instructions:
Sauté the leeks and celery til tender
Add the thyme , pumpkin and stock
Simmer til tender
Add the spices cream and corn
Heat through and taste and adjust the seasonings

Pumpkin seeds
Bacon ( bacon, chopped small dice,evoo, maple syrup, cayenne and chopped sage, mix and bake at 400 til the bacon is crispy
